Our primary purpose and mission as a non-profit, educational Society is to
advance and protect the medical ethic of informed consent.
Informed consent is comprised of two principles:
Our Goal is to provide current, science-based information and facts to enable individuals considering the medical practice of vaccination to make an informed and educated decision. Much of the information needed to make informed choices is not available or not made available to the public. Changes are needed.
Information on vaccine injury and vaccine damage is routinely concealed and withheld from public scrutiny by health authorities and the pharmaceutical industry. The reporting of adverse effects of vaccination is voluntary with no consequence for a failure to report vaccine damage. It is estimated that only two to ten percent of actual vaccine damage incidences are reported.
VCC supports a rigorous and systematic collection of adverse reactions to vaccines and that this evidence is available to the public.
There are no long-term clinical trials that demonstrate vaccine safety or effectiveness. Most safety trials are limited to 2–6 weeks. Most effectiveness trials are limited to the measurement of antibodies/ titres in the blood rather than overall health.
No safety trials exist that determine the safety of giving multiple vaccinations at once. No large safety trials exist that use an unvaccinated population as the control group. Most control groups are other vaccinated populations or use placebos containing the heavy metals contained in vaccines. The failure to use a proper placebo undermines the integrity of vaccine trials.
VCC supports the completion of long-term clinical trials with true placebos to evaluate the long-term safety and effectiveness of vaccines.
Individuals considering vaccination are rarely provided with the vaccine package inserts legally required of vaccine manufacturers to document the known risks of vaccination including brain damage, life threatening allergies, and death. Individuals and parents have the right to review this information prior to vaccination in order to make an informed decision.
VCC supports the requirement that every individual be provided the vaccine package insert prior to every vaccination.
There is a lack of transparency on the results of vaccine trials. Vaccine manufacturers are permitted to withhold evidence of vaccine trials and outcomes and publish or acknowledge only those trials that produce the outcomes favorable to their cause. Vaccine trials that produce unfavorable results are routinely withheld from public and governmental scrutiny.
VCC supports the full disclosure of all vaccine related research trials and outcomes.
Our Goal is to preserve and protect our legal right to voluntarily consent to a medical procedure as provided under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Every individual in Canada has the right to make a voluntary and informed decision about medical treatments that carry a risk of injury or death. Canadian Medical Law upholds the right to informed consent. We also have the right to “Freedom of Conscience and Religion” and “Security of the Person” under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Any challenge to informed consent is a challenge to Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
VCC advocates that these legal rights and freedoms be preserved and respected.
Neither your doctor, pharmacist, the vaccine manufacturer, nor government assume any legal responsibility for what occurs once vaccines are injected into your body or that of your child. If you or your child experience vaccine injury or die following vaccination, the Canadian government will assume no responsibility nor offer any compensation.
The Supreme Court in the United States has deemed vaccinations “unavoidably unsafe”, meaning that even when used as directed, some individuals will be injured or killed by vaccines. Vaccinations, by their very design, can make healthy individuals sick.
VCC endeavors to make every individual aware of the risks they undertake when they consent to the medical practice of vaccination.
Herd immunity is used as the justification to vaccinate individuals against their will. The explanation is that high vaccine rates provide ‘herd immunity’ and thereby stop the spread of infectious diseases. What is not disclosed is ‘herd immunity’ is a theory that has never been proven.
The theory of herd immunity does not take into consideration vaccine failure, viral shedding following vaccination with live/attenuated viruses, adverse vaccine reactions, immune compromised children, or vaccine injured children who can no longer be immunized. Whether herd immunity is possible under such conditions remains debatable.
VCC believes the theory of herd immunity is not sufficiently valid to justify the loss of individual rights and freedoms to informed consent.
There exists a serious lack of independent oversight with regards to vaccines. The same federal health agencies responsible for developing, regulating and making vaccine policy are also in charge of monitoring vaccine safety. There is no independent body monitoring manufacturers’ claims of vaccine safety or effectiveness. Vaccine manufacturers are motivated by profit. It is irresponsible to allow vaccine manufacturers to evaluate the validity of their own claims.
VCC supports an oversight committee to provide independent evaluation of product safety. This body would be independent of both industry and government and have the powers and independence of the judiciary.
Governments and media are acting to undermine our right to informed consent. Our right over our body and that of our children is under threat. Our only protection from vaccine injury is the legal right to choose what goes into our body and that of our child. If we don’t stand up for our right to informed consent, this right will be violated and withdrawn.
