The Toronto Board of Health passed recommendations at their Monday, September 23, 2019 meeting urging the Ontario Minister of Health to “Consider removing philosophical and religious exemptions under the Immunization of School Pupils Act and only accept medical exemptions completed by a certified health care provider” among other numerous items.
